The Parker Vector Fountain Pen has a medium stainless steel nib and comes with a blue Parker Quink ink cartridge but can also be used with bottled ink by purchasing the optional ink converter. The Parker Vector ballpoint pen is push button actuated and comes fitted with a blue Parker Quink ballpoint refill.
