Pilot Capless LS Fountain Pen – Matte Black

The Pilot Capless fountain pen has remained much unchanged since its launch in 1964, it is always difficult to improve an already great product, but now a revised design has made the retractable mechanism more silent. Introducing the Capless LS – Luxury Silent. A click to take the pen out, a twist to take it in. This two-in-one system required a change of shape of the press button, which is now provided with a small discreet fin, and of the ring that has become curved. These changes have in no way altered the elegance of its line, even adding a little pep!

The Pilot Capless LS is produced from a lightweight aluminium alloy and now features a plated brass chiselled barrel ring. Available in a range of elegant finishes and supplied with an 18ct gold rhodium plated nib in a choice of sizes, the Capless LS is presented in an elegant black box with a black leather pen case, a bottle of Iroshizuku Take Sumi ink and a pack of black cartridges.
